This gluten free Cocoa/ Banana bread, compared to regular Banana bread is low in carbohydrates, high in fiber and protein thanks to Almond flour. This bread is also rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron, riboflavin, magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin E, Vitamin D and K2, thanks to, once again Almond flour and grass fed butter. Need more reason to give this bread a try? Here is one more, super easy to make.

Here is how to make them, all you need is:



  • Preheat oven TO 350 degrees F
  • Place all the ingredients except Cocoa powder and Bananas in a food processor. Mix until smooth.
  • Divide the batter in half
  • Add Cocoa powder to one half and mashed bananas to the other and mix well
  • Grease pan with healthy oil. Such as avocado oil
  • Put cocoa mixture on the bottom and spread evenly
  • Add banana mixture on top and spread evenly
  • Bake for 35 minutes
