Here is the recipe for these delicious and healthy muffins:




Preheat oven TO 350 degrees F

Add eggs, vinegar, maple syrup and pineapple purée and whisk gently

Add butter, salt, and baking powder and gently mix with a fork. Please note it is okay to have small chunks of butter left in your mixture

Add almond flour slowly and mix

Place 1-2 scoop of batter in each muffin tin that has been lined with cupcake paper and greased

Bake for 35-40 minutes
